Job Summary
This position:
- Greets and routes visitors, receives payments from members, disburses funds, and records monetary transactions.
- Operates the telephone system, takes messages and performs miscellaneous secretarial, receptionist, and clerical tasks.
- Receives, researches and answers all written and telephone inquiries other than normal billing inquiries.
Minimum Job Specifications
This job requires:
- A High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
- Experience working with the public and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills, computer & keyboarding skills, and legible handwriting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to easily handle multiple tasks in an environment with frequent distractions.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license.
- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
